Grocery prices are so extremely high. Going to the store, it’s overwhelming, and we’re having a hard time,” says Ashley, a mother of two children, ages 3 and 16. “Sometimes I get depressed and panicky thinking about it.”

Ashley is a stay-at-home mom, and her husband works at a local sporting goods store in Norman. As prices for everything keep rising, especially for food, they have a hard time keeping enough food on the table. So they rely on the Regional Food Bank Food & Resource Center, a free grocery store supported by caring friends like you.

“We come here to get a little help,” Ashley says. “My 3-year-old here has a huge appetite for her age! We eat up everything we take home. Today, we got a bunch of stuff, and I feel truly blessed. We’re taking home a frozen rotisserie chicken, which I can cook up and make for dinner tonight.”

Ashley is deeply grateful for the food she gets here and also for people like you who support the Regional Food Bank.

“Thank you,” she says. “They’re the ones who make this possible for us by donating. Your help is so important for families like mine. We really appreciate it!”

Your support helps make it all possible. We’re stronger together, so please give generously today.
