Group Volunteers

Businesses, schools, civic clubs and religious organizations are encouraged to register as a group when bringing six or more individuals to volunteer.

  • All volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes for safety precautions. Individuals wearing flip flops, sandals or any shoes where toes are exposed will be unable to volunteer.
  • All first-time volunteers signing up as part of a group must agree to our Liability Waiver before volunteering.
  • Volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under the age 18 must have a completed Parental Consent Form.  Please review our FAQs to learn more.
  • The Regional Food Bank is a tobacco-free facility and smoking, dipping, chewing of tobacco or the use of vapor devices is only permitted in a private vehicle.

Group Volunteer Opportunities

We post volunteer schedules three months in advance. Click the month that you would like to bring a group to volunteer. Follow the prompts to fill out a group reservation request.

After you receive approval for your group request, you will receive an email to claim your spots. Your spots are saved, but this unique link allows you to confirm each of your volunteer names into the system. We require your volunteer information (who is coming) to be confirmed in the system at least one week in advance due to project planning and liability purposes. We will send reminders, as every volunteer must be accounted for and no single spot goes to waste!
