Tiffany has faced a lot of challenges over the years.

She’s raising five children, ages 3 to 12, which is a feat on its own. But she does this while navigating ongoing health challenges alongside her fiancé, who has undergone two kidney transplants. Both experience physical limitations and are waiting for disability benefits to take effect. Tiffany also helps care for her mother, who has lupus, and grandmother, who has cancer. She does this all while continuing to show up for her family every day.

It’s a lot for any one person to carry.

But one thing has remained steady: being able to rely on the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.

“They’ve just always been a wonderful resource that we’re able to lean on when times are hard,” Tiffany shares. The same services that support her mother and grandmother through serious health challenges are also helping Tiffany care for her own children.

Over the years, that support has continued through difficult times, like when she had to start fresh after leaving an abusive marriage. “We’ve gotten help with food and fresh produce … sometimes shoes for the kids, diapers, shampoo and other necessities,” Tiffany says. “This place has helped me so much.”

Your generosity goes beyond food for Tiffany and her family. You’re providing stability when it matters most.

It shows up in everyday moments, like when her children come home from school excited to find apples, bananas or a small treat waiting for them.

For Tiffany, those moments bring a sense of relief, even if just for a little while.

After living in an area without access to this kind of help, Tiffany knows how much it matters. “It’s nice to have a community that you can lean on,” she says. “This place has definitely been a blessing.”

For Tiffany, this means one less thing to worry about. It means she can keep showing up for her children and her fiancé, even on the hardest days.

Because in times like these, it’s more than food. It’s what helps keep her family going.

Thank you for being there for neighbors like Tiffany by helping to provide the food her family needs. You’re making a difference for Oklahoma families.
