As an Oklahoma-based company from the start, Love’s shares the belief that no one should face hunger in our state. That’s why, since 2010, the company has joined forces with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to give back and nourish communities across central and western Oklahoma.
For the last 14 years, Love’s has provided countless volunteer hours and monetary donations to help ensure neighbors have access to the food they need. Since the humble beginnings of Love’s partnership with the Regional Food Bank, they’ve generously donated nearly $560,000 and have logged thousands and thousands of volunteer hours.
Just this year, Love’s pledged a $250,000 donation to support the 2024 Summer Feeding Program. Through their generosity, the Regional Food Bank could expand its mobile distribution to four new counties: Love, Greer, Ellis and Harmon.
Love’s employees also volunteer regularly at Share the Love events, organize several smaller team-building events throughout the year, encourage a day of service with their corporate summer interns and help with food drives, such as the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive during the spring.
In addition to financial and volunteer support, a number of Love’s leaders have served on the Regional Food Bank board of directors over the years.
