WHAT DOES THE INTERVIEW PROCESS INCLUDE?
After submitting your resume/application, the Human Resources Director will screen all candidates applying for the position. If you are called for an interview, in most cases, the first interview will be conducted over the phone. If all goes well, the second stage consists of an in-person interview with a panel of Food Bank Directors, including the Human Resources Director who conducted your phone interview. The third and final interview will consist of an in-person meeting the Executive Director. All three stages are standard, but this process could require more or less than the three interviews outlined above. After all the interviews have taken place, a final decision will be made. You will receive the decisions via phone call or email. A pre-employment drug test and physical is required, and your references and background will be checked prior to an offer of employment.
