What to Bring

Please bring a current photo ID, (international IDs are accepted) plus an additional document with your name and address of anyone in your household listed within the last 60 days.

Examples are: any bills, lease agreement, pay stub, Social Security letter, hospital bill, etc. Online bills will also be accepted via smartphone.
