Together, you make it possible for families and individuals across our communities to access food with dignity and consistency. As the needs of our neighbors continue to grow, we remain committed to listening, learning and evolving alongside you.​

Looking ahead, we’re preparing for a series of thoughtful updates over the next 18 months that are designed to strengthen our network and support your work for the long term. These changes reflect feedback you’ve shared, aim to simplify day‑to‑day processes and create more predictable and sustainable systems for us all. Each step will be rolled out with advance communication and training coupled with support from the Regional Food Bank.

A few highlights of what’s ahead include:​

  • New technology tools, including an updated client intake platform and an improved, cloud‑based ordering system designed to be more user‑friendly.​
  • A simpler, more predictable handling fee structure, helping partners plan with greater confidence.​
  • Streamlined reporting, reducing administrative burden and allowing you to focus more fully on serving neighbors.​

We’re excited about the future we’re building together and thankful for your flexibility and partnership as we move forward. More details and timelines will be shared well in advance, and we look forward to working side‑by‑side every step of the way.
