April 25, 2023 – The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma’s OKC Restaurant Week raised more than $88,000 to help provide food for Oklahomans living with hunger. The week-long event, presented by Bank of Oklahoma, featured more than 40 locally operated restaurants donating a portion of sales to fight hunger in Oklahoma.

“We are so thankful for our partners and the effort and passion they have put into OKC Restaurant Week,” said Stacy Dykstra, chief executive officer of the Regional Food Bank. ” Their commitment to giving back to their community will help us provide meals to thousands of our neighbors.”

OKC Restaurant Week, which ran March 7 through 12, featured establishments from across the metro with a wide variety of cuisines ranging from burgers to brunch to fine dining. Restaurants offered special menu items for $20, $40 and $60 with a percentage of proceeds donated to the Regional Food Bank.

Along with presenting sponsor Bank of Oklahoma, OKC Restaurant Week 2023 was made possible thanks to Love’s Travel Stops, CCSA Insurance and other generous sponsors.

“With the amazing impact of this year’s event, we are excited to have OKC Restaurant Week return in March 2024,” Dykstra said. “We can’t wait to celebrate our talented and vibrant restaurant scene once again.”
