After submitting your resume/application/cover letter, the manager will screen all candidates applying for the position. In most cases, the first interview will be conducted over the phone. The second stage will consist of an in-person interview with a panel of Regional Food Bank staff. Depending on the position there may be a third interview with additional staff and management. References will then be checked. After all of the interviews a final decision will be made, and you will be notified by email or a phone call. A pre-employment physical, drug test and background screen are required prior to the final offer of employment.
