For the folks who work at American Fidelity, giving back is simply a natural extension of their work.

The local branches of AF have been longtime supporters of the Regional Food Bank, and they frequently send teams of volunteers to help out.

“American Fidelity was founded on the idea of helping others, and giving back to the community is a big part of who we are,” says Leilani Gradle, Community Relations Supervisor at AF. “Volunteering with the Regional Food Bank is also a great team- and camaraderie-building experience for our colleagues. They get to help the community, enjoy their teammates, and feel good about the work they are doing.”

AF, which offers employees paid volunteer time, also regularly participates in the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive, filling volunteer slots at multiple post office locations. They also hold an annual food and fund drive, and their American Fidelity Foundation, a loyal financial supporter of the Regional Food Bank, matches donations at certain dollar amounts and above.

Tom McDaniel, President of the AF Foundation, says, “For all of us at AF, it is a team effort for a great cause.”

“We’re always looking for ways to make a positive impact on the community,” adds Gradle, “and working with the Regional Food Bank is a great way to do that.”

Thank you, American Fidelity, for your support!
