Jason K. Johnson, Ph.D., Chief Impact Officer

Johnson has more than 20 years of experience across higher education leadership and the non-profit sector. Most recently, he served as vice president for student affairs at Oklahoma City Community College, where he led 13 departments and over 100 employees across three campuses and developed a data-driven culture that boosted concurrent enrollment by 25%. His efforts included spearheading the college’s Strategic Enrollment Management Plan, which positioned the institution to achieve the Hispanic-Serving Institution designation. Jason holds a PhD in Educational Psychology and Social Foundations of Education.
