Chris Peterson, Chief People and Culture Officer

Chris rejoins the organization in March 2024 as the chief people and culture officer. Peterson previously served as the senior director of Human Resources at the Regional Food Bank before accepting a position at Southern Nazarene University where he has served as the associate vice president of financial services since 2020. In his role Peterson leads talent acquisition strategies, career development plans, promotes workplace inclusion and leads the Regional Food Bank’s Human Resources team. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business management from Central Christian College of Kansas and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University.
