Hunger Action Month
During September, Hunger Action Month is a nationwide effort to mobilize the public, bring greater attention to the issue of hunger, and promote ways to get involved. Through Feeding America, the Regional Food Bank is joining more than 200 food banks across the nation to encourage the public to take action against hunger.
Whether it’s volunteering, donating or advocating, there is something that everyone can do to make an impact!
Donation Match Offer During the Month of September
Three very generous donors, including The Boeing Company, Kia Motors America, Top of the World, and a local family, have offered to match every dollar you give, up to $100,000, to help fight childhood hunger in our state. Oklahoma children are heading back to school, and we need your help to make sure their basic need for food is met. Any gift you give to the Food for Kids Program between now and September 30 will be doubled and have twice the impact! Give now!
