Board Structure

The Regional Food Bank is managed by three separate 501(c)(3) organizations. This structure enables each Board to effectively focus on their mission. Through expanded membership with specific talents and expertise concentrated in the area of the Board's focus, each Board is better able to help move the Regional Food Bank forward.

FoodLink

FoodLink is responsible for approving members and major actions of the Boards of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma and The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Foundation. Additionally FoodLink holds title to the property and facility that the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma leases.

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma

The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Board is responsible for the operational areas of the Food Bank. This Board concentrates on the Food Bank's key mission of getting food in and out of the Food Bank. The Regional Food Bank Board focuses on key areas such as programs, food procurement, facilities, logistics, systems and safety among others.

Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Foundation

The key area of focus for the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma Foundation Board is fundraising and fund investment. This Board is charged with the mission of raising and investing funds to support the operations of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.
