March 2023 Issue
Letter from the Chief Executive Officer
I love reading about folks like Lovella, our cover story in the enclosed edition of The Link. I love her spirit, her kindness and her generosity in sharing her food with neighbors.
Lovella also represents a vital — and rapidly growing — demographic of the people we serve: seniors. Experts predict that the number of American seniors may double in the next 40 – 50 years!
That includes the seniors right here in the 53 counties we serve in central and western Oklahoma. Making sure those seniors don’t go hungry is part of our mission. So I hope you’ll consider making a special gift today to help provide meals to our neighbors in need. Thank you!
Sincerely,
Stacy Dykstra, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer
