(OKLAHOMA CITY) — Sept. 8, 2016 – Tomorrow, Panda Express, located at 500 South MacArthur in Oklahoma City, is fighting hunger in Oklahoma by donating 20 percent of sales to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. Customers must present the flyer, found at regionalfoodbank.org/panda, in order to participate in the giveback day.
“We are so grateful to Panda Express for their partnership with the Regional Food Bank,” said Rodney Bivens, executive director of the Regional Food Bank. “Giving back is as simple as showing the donation flyer when you place your order. The 20 percent donation can make a big impact in the fight against hunger in Oklahoma.”
One in six Oklahomans has inconsistent access to food. The Regional Food Bank provides enough food to feed 116,000 Oklahomans every week, 37 percent of whom are children.

Last fiscal year, the nonprofit distributed 52 million pounds of food and products through a network of more than 1,200 charitable feeding programs and schools in 53 central and western Oklahoma counties
Together, we can solve hunger.
