(OKLAHOMA CITY) – Oct. 14, 2016 – Through the Kendra Gives Back Night on September 27, 20 percent of Kendra Scott’s sales benefitted the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. From this event, more than $600 was raised for the nonprofit, which will be provide the equivalent of 3,040 meals for Oklahomans with inconsistent access to food.
Kendra Scott, CEO and Designer, assures that philanthropy and charity make up a major component of her professional and personal life. Helping the Regional Food Bank fight hunger is one of many examples that illustrate how committed Kendra Scott gives back to the community.
“We are thankful for the continued support from Kendra Scott,” said Angie Doss, director of marketing at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma. “Over the past few years, more than $1,600 has been donated through Kendra Gives Back Nights to fight hunger in the state.”
