(OKLAHOMA CITY) – Dec. 21, 2016 – Recently, BC Clark Jewelers donated $3,395 to the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma through the company’s annual holiday party. This donation will provide the equivalent of 16,975 meals for children, families and seniors with inconsistent access to food in central and western Oklahoma.
“Every other year, we choose a local charity as the benefit of our annual holiday parties,” said Terri Benear, special events coordinator at BC Clark Jewelers. “We are so pleased to partner with The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma for 2016 and 2017. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is a wonderful cause and we look forward to partnering with them again next December!”
The Regional Food Bank is the state’s largest private hunger-relief organization, providing enough food to feed more than 126,000 hungry Oklahomans every week through a network of more than 1,300 charitable feeding programs.

Thanks to a generous matching challenge from APMEX.com, the Cresap Family Foundation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation every donation received through January 15 will be matched, dollar for dollar, up to $600,000, for a total impact of $1.2 million.
