Advocate for Oklahoma's Hungry

It takes more than food to fight hunger. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is committed to advocating for programs and policies that guarantee adequate nutrition for all Oklahomans. Help us raise awareness about the reality of hunger in Oklahoma and advocate for legislation that addresses the many factors that contribute to food insecurity. Together, we can make a difference.

Take Action

  • Sign a letter urging Members of Congress to support a Farm Bill that reduces hunger in America.
  • The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) helps families make ends meet by stretching their grocery budgets. Sometimes called "food stamps," those few SNAP dollars every week make all the difference in the world when it comes to putting nutritious meals on the table. The House Budget Resolution that the House of Representatives will soon vote on takes direct aim at this program, putting millions of families at risk.

Send a message to your Representative now – tell them to oppose the House Budget Resolution that harms families struggling to put food on the table.
