Help Fight Hunger and Feed Hope in Oklahoma

Make a Tax Deductible Gift Today

(OKLAHOMA CITY) – Dec. 28, 2016 – Join the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma in fighting hunger in Oklahoma by making an end of the year tax deductible gift.  Through Jan.15, donations will be matched, up to $600,000, thanks to APMEX.com, the Cresap Family Foundation and Chesapeake Energy Corporation.

“As the holiday season comes to life in our community, many Oklahomans are giving thanks for what they have, and looking forward to sharing meals with loved ones,” said Katie Fitzgerald, chief executive officer of the Regional Food Bank.  “But for many families in Oklahoma it means there may not be enough food to go around. Your year-end gift helps ensure everyone has access to food this winter.”

Donations raised through the match will provide food for chronically hungry children, families and seniors in 53 central and western Oklahoma counties. The Regional Food Bank provides enough food to feed 126,000 Oklahomans every week.

It’s not too late to make a difference this holiday season.  Consider a gift to the Regional Food Bank in honor or in memory of a loved one. For more information visit regionalfoodbank.org or call 405-600-3136.

Established in 1980, the Regional Food Bank is the largest private, domestic hunger-relief organization in the state of Oklahoma.
